i. Pre-Screen: If your skills and experience align with the role, a recruiter will contact you via email or by phone for a pre-screening interview.
ii. Interview: The next step is an interview with the hiring manager, which can be conducted a variety of different ways – in person, over the phone, an online self-paced interview, or by video conference.
- Some positions may require an additional interview with the person you will be supporting and/or their family.
- Be prepared to walk us through your background, your motivations, and just be yourself!
Note: To track the status of your application, locate the Thank You email you received from us and click on the unique link to your candidate account.

Once it has been decided that you are the right candidate for the position, you will be contacted by the Recruiter, who will extend a verbal offer of employment that includes:
- A potential start date
- Pay details
- Next steps
If not selected for the role: you will receive an email notifying you that another candidate has been selected to fill the position or that we will continue our search.

- Offer Letter: Upon your acceptance, a written offer letter will be sent via email with the information provided in the verbal offer and all onboarding paperwork.
- Scheduling: We will reach out to you via email, text, or phone call to schedule your background check (Live Scan)
- Live Scan: Come to the office to do the Live Scan and complete onboarding paperwork
- Upon results of Live Scan (approx. 3-7 work days), you will be contacted to submit any remaining paperwork (including TB test, proof of vaccination, and I-9 identification)
- Paycom On-Boarding: Upon acceptance of all onboarding documents, you will be asked to do a required Pre-Hire Paycom On-Boarding training session to introduce you to set up your employee account (approx. 30 minute session).
Note: All offers are contingent upon a pre-employment background check, TB tests, and credit check (for eligible positions)

Mandatory Training Sessions: You will then be scheduled for the mandatory New Hire trainings. These trainings are fully paid and take approximately 1-week to complete. Trainings include:
- New Hire Orientation (online)
- Mandt Systems 1 & 2 (in person)
- CPR and First Aid (If not already certified) (in person)
- In-person Mandt and CPR Physical Skills core training (require instructor observed, physical skills demonstrations in a classroom setting)
